Once the order is in process. We will email a sales receipt for your order and an end-user certification in which you will guarantee that you are a U.S. Citizen and have NO intention of exporting nor transferring the product you're purchasing to a foreign national. You'll complete the form, fax or email it back to us as a .PDF file and we'll ship your order to you as soon as it's ready.

Please remember we are NOT a high volume civilian web based business. We are a government supplier of high technology military and law enforcement equipment. Most of our sales are done by bid process to government agencies. To receive a quote, please use our online quote system or contact us.

We accept government purchase orders, corporate checks, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If payment is made by personal check then shipment will be delayed until the check clears the bank. Generally personal checks take 7 days to clear before shipment is made.

Shipment of products: As a government contractor, most of our products ship 30 days ARO that is thirty days after-receipt-of-order. This does not mean that we cannot and do not ship faster. Should you need a faster turn-around, contact us for real time shipping details. Remember, most SPECIALS ITEMS ship straight from inventory and will ship immediately. You will be notified if there is a delay in shipping an item on SPECIAL.

Shipping - U.S. Orders: Regular Delivery - 3 to 7 Days; We ship your order Federal Express Ground. Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days of receiving your order. Next Day or 2nd Day: Call in your order by 2:00 P.M. PST Monday-Friday for Next Day or Second Day Service.

Export of Generation 3 night vision equipment from the United States without a valid export permit issued by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls is strictly prohibited and is a federal crime.

Export of Generation 2 night vision equipment from the United States without a valid export permit issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce is strictly prohibited and is a federal crime.

Export of Thermal Imaging equipment from the United States without a valid export permit issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce is strictly prohibited and is a federal crime.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to request and obtain export licenses for the export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met.

Other Restrictions: Restrictions on the use of night vision with a weapon vary from state to state. You are strongly advised to learn these laws and adhere to them. Adams Industries, Inc. will not be held responsible for unlawful usage.
