Government Orders
We will notify the government customer of expected shipping date(s) either during the bidding process or upon receipt of a Purchase Order.
Shipping — U.S. Orders
We ship most orders via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Most orders will be delivered within 7–10 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us if faster delivery is required.
Shipping — International Orders
We can help you directly and have a network of authorized dealers to assist with your night vision export needs. Please contact us for help. Be explicit about which products you want to export and where they are going. Before proceeding, review the export warning below.
Night Vision Export Restrictions
Export of U.S.-manufactured night vision equipment is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Title 22, CFR Parts 120–130, and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Violations are a federal crime.
- Export of Generation 3 night vision devices without a valid export permit is prohibited and a federal offense.
- Export of Generation 2 night vision devices may require an export permit from either the Department of Commerce or the Department of State. Contact us for details.
- Export of thermal imaging equipment without a valid export permit is prohibited and a federal offense.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining any required export licenses and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies.
Other Restrictions
Restrictions on the use of night vision equipment with a weapon vary from state to state. You are responsible for knowing and obeying your local laws. Adams Industries, Inc. will not be held responsible for unlawful usage.
