IT’S 2010, WHERE’S MY SPACE ODYSSEY?!?!?!
That’s right folks, it’s 2010, that year we all used to think would never come. Remember the movie “Escape From New York” which took place in a dystopian Manhattan that had been turned into a prison? Well that was supposed to take place in the “not too far off future” of 1997.
And here we are in 2010, the year that would never come, and I still don’t have a DAMN JET PACK.
Well, the jet pack guys may be falling on their heads, but us optics guys here at Adams Industries are still pushing the limits. We’re starting our 16th year in this game and we have some cool stuff to show you. So please take the time to look at some of our newest:
- Improved AI/SAM: Surface ANVIS/5050/PVS-23 mount for ground helmets.
- The new AI/BTS-320: Binocular thermal system for mid-range observation operations. Also, keep your eye out for the new 640x480 version later this year, the AI/BTS-640!
Actually, that’s all I can talk about right now. The rest isn’t ready yet, but it will be SOON, so check back often.
Oh yeah, and if you happen to be the guy that did actually invent a jet pack, call me, I’ll trade you a BTS straight across for one.
